• Should possess good Oral and written communication skills as person needs to interact with Client, Delivery and internal/external associates.
• Good understanding Reporting & Analytics and Data Management.
• Preferably, good hands-on-working on Excel .
• Preferably, should have handled customer interactions / queries / escalations, some L1 support experience
• Able to handle the pressure and close the requirements (customer – internal / external) on regular basis as at times in shorter notice
• Meticulous tracking and record keeping ability and Operations related reporting on a Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis.
• Excellent time management and experience of working under deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work independently (or) as a part of a team.
• Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards.
