Job Description
- Work on various data points stored in various isolated systems across the company to provide comprehensible and forward-looking dashboards for key P&L and Balance Sheet items.
- Work on multiple stakeholders from various departments involved in Lead to Cash workflow to track revenue and profitability goal
- Periodic trend analysis for reviewing what behaviors can be replicated/avoided to improve various operational parameters
o Study the portfolio and segment skills based on inventory and pipeline
o Provide recommendations on skill mix and inventory size to ensure high % of on time fulfillment at optimum cost.
o Reduce cost of holding
o Improve revenue quality
o Improve DSO
- Determine the parameters which influence the on time optimum cost fulfillment and suggest areas of improvement
- Will work directly with the Business Operation Leads on various forward looking and process improvement initiatives
