- Sourcing/Recruiting mid to senior level positions for various FTE/Contract/C2H requirements across US.
- Stakeholder management
- Strong ability in screening; interviewing, reference / background checking of potential candidates before submitting to client.
- Need to participate in weekly team review meetings, identify problems, and fixing gaps in the process.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, , time management and ability to meet deadline.
- Must have to work in EST time zone
- Good Communication.
