Tech Lead

Required experience:
5 10+ years Java/J2EE programming experience
5+ years experience developing commercial software applications in a structured environment
Experience in developing web services and developing within SOA architectures (REST and SOAP)
Experience in developing high volume commercial web applications
Exceptional architecture, design, documentation, programming, and testing skills
Working across organizations to coordinate implementation of solutions
Leading and mentoring less experienced technicians to achieve goals delegating tasks
Produce detailed design, coding, and testing of assigned software modules with limited supervision
Exceptional communication skills within and across departments

Preferred experience:
Experience with Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum
Experience with Test Driven Development and automated testing
Experience with Healthcare application development is a plus
Working with virtual machines and cloud infrastructures
Working across organizations like Configuration Management, Database, Operations and other Development teams to coordinate activities

We work with the following tools in our Javabased organization, so at least 1 year of experience with each of these is desirable:
Eclipse IDE
Git
Selenium and JUnit testing
Rally user story and defect tracking
Linux as a target platform Windows as a development environment
VMware cloud and VMware workstation
Oracle 12, Oracle RAC
