Experience and Skills:

• Overall 8+ years of experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, administrating and securing of Servers

• 4+ years of experience in implementing and enhancing systems services security

• Ability to front end systems team in security and audit discussions

• Experience with systems services Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and ability to involve systems team members effectively for the activities

• Adequate understanding on systems services like Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Skype for Business, Office 365 services, Intune Services, etc for to work properly on security enhancements and DR/BCP planning

• Ability to become a project manager/coordinator while improving team cohesiveness

• Experience with managing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions

• Ability to analyze the current systems security processes and to design/work on automation effectively with self-assurance

• Eager to work on systems service lines compliance and support service line managers on improving same

• Sound understanding on windows as well as non-windows operating system platforms

• Ability to be a good team player while improving team cohesiveness

• Ability to analyze the tickets

• Working Experience on ServiceNow

   

Qualifications and Certifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in networking/Systems or equivalent

·         System certifications on relevant area

Soft Skills:

·         Should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills

·         Should demonstrate very good team working skills

·         Should demonstrate leadership skills

·         Should demonstrate capability on motivating subordinates

·         Should be able to work on late hours when requirement arises
