Objective of the role:
A Technical specialist who has knowledge about the latest technology updates and who is able to provide solutions to technical problems and challenges related to the technical areas. Is a seasoned trainer and program manages all training initiatives in Technical Academy
Educational Qualification:
Preferably
a BE/BTech or any Graduation/Post
Graduation
Experience:
Minimum
12-15 years’ experience. Coding
experience in projects for a minimum of 3 to 4 years. Should have worked in the
Learning & Development space for about 5 years and must have handled a
team.
Key Functional Areas:
·
Technical Expert in java and
related topics. Familiarity with other technologies is added advantage
·
Work on competency framework
and help build Learning Catalogue
·
Be a solution specialist for
technical challenges. Should understand business, technical needs
·
Effectively Manage a team of
trainers
Desirable qualities in the candidate:
·
Must necessarily have good communication & excellent presentation
skills
·
Must be a team player
·
Must have strong stakeholder management skills
· Must have the passion to work towards solutions within the existing environment
