Key
responsibility:
We’re
seeking a Program Manager who brings to bear their extraordinary organizational
skills and attention to detail to transform our project/program management
function into a strategic advantage. Day-to-day activity will be to :

Work
closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project
managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan,
budget, and timing for new initiatives.
●
Manage
program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and
delegate cross-project initiatives.
●
Identify
key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
●
Develop
and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against
established business goals/objectives.
●
Work
with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple
projects within the department.
●
Analyze,
evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for
management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
This role is to
manage the Global CCAR (FR Y14) program for Private Bank. Hence the resource
must have experience/ familiarly with CCAR filings, schedules and awareness of
Credit Risk is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
● Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
● Proven background working on Telecommunication/Healthcare/Life science/BFSI.
● 15+ years of professional work experience, with a significant component of this within financial services
● 10+ years of Program and Project management experience
● Experience working on Regulatory Programs is required
● Operations & Technology or In-Business Risk & Controls experience preferred
● Senior stakeholder management experience required
● Previous experience in banking and finance, and knowledge of Regulatory Reporting.
● Knowledge of key regulatory entities e.g., FRB, OCC and PRA and any other relevant regulatory bodies will be an advantage.
● Knowledge with all the Banking products such as Corp Loans, Personal Loans, Mortgages, Deposits, Trading Securities, Debt, SFT, Derivatives, Margin, Collateral Management and Cards will be an advantage
● Program/Project management certifications will be an advantage
