Skill: Payments- Senior Business Systems Analyst:
Role / Tier: Senior Developer / Tier 2
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Senior Business Systems Analyst role with proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and/or Agile
- Experience in working on any of the following systems: BESS, eGL, PSH, EDCD, RBC Swiftnet, FT Host, RFT, GRADS, DDA/COLT, Service Platform, OLB, RBC Express, PTB/CIS, Interac
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation techniques - Interviews, Facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys
- Proven experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
- Proven experience in requirements analysis and documentation – Problem Opportunity Analysis, Scope Modelling, Business Process Mapping, Business Context Diagraming, Use Cases & Scenarios, Business Rules & Data Catalogue, User Stories, Story Decomposition, Story Mapping and Requirements traceability
- Proven experience in requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, Backlog Management
- Excellent communication, active-listening, relationship-building, self-management, proactive, team-player, critical thinking, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of High Value Payments/Large Value Transfer System (LVTS), Automated Clearing Settlement System (ACSS), Cash and Liquidity Risk Management, Clearing and Settlement process, ISO 20022 data standard
- Relevant college, university, and/or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification or Masters Certificate in Business Analysis (MCBA) Certification
