The Industry Marketing Manager role at Virtusa offers the right candidate the opportunity to showcase a broad spectrum of marketing skills to help the BFS team build awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue.  Responsibilities include working with the BFS Marketing Leader and key stakeholders to execute strategic marketing plans, track outcomes and adjust plans as needed.

 

The ideal candidate will be someone who can wear multiple hats and is creative, passionate, diligent, energetic, analytical and always strive for excellence. Success in this position will require initiative, collaboration, excellent communication and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. They truly understand how to use different marketing tactics strategically and execute integrated marketing plans to build pipeline and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

·       Ensure execution of marketing plans.

·       Manage multiple campaigns and programs at the same time.

·       Work with Marketing stakeholders, Operations, Events, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure high-quality execution.

·       Communicate with Sales and other cross-functional team members to ensure alignment and awareness of marketing programs and campaigns.

·       Ensure consistent volume and quality of leads and opportunities

·       Adhere to budgets and manage expenses

·       Responsible for working with internal writers and designers to build compelling content

·       Ensure that campaigns, assets, communications, and messaging are aligned to corporate branding initiatives

·       Analyze and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities, results, and ROI for all     marketing programs

 

Qualifications/Skills

·       Experience with developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels, social media, lead generation and account based marketing programs

·       Ability to assist with conceptualizing and driving content development with high-quality outcomes

·       Proven project management skills

·       Excellent problem solving abilities

·       Process and results oriented

·       Pro-active, enthusiastic and a quick learner with a strong ability to grasp new processes

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Ability to drive people and projects to meet deliverables, budget, and timelines

·       Talent for working with close knit teams and cross functional groups

 

Requirements:

·       Undergraduate degree in Marketing, English, or related field

·       8+ years of marketing experience preferably in B2B organizations.

·       Expert skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate marketing messages and technical concepts through various mediums.

·       Flexible to work during different time zones globally.
