Associate Manager Process
Responsibilities
• Provides process tailoring support for project teams
• Facilitates the implementation of process for the assigned Business Units
• Participates in project meetings, facilitates defect analysis and root cause analysis
• Conducts process training for project teams
• Training and ability to influence project team based on principles of quality management
• Schedule and conduct process audits
• Reporting – Non-compliances, Metrics, Risks, improvements, project rigor and health status
• Gather data, analyze and implement improvements
• Participates in Software Process Improvement Initiatives
• Continuously looks towards bringing in significant industry best practices in standard operating procedures to advance the state of practice within the company
• Shares knowledge with other members of the process team
• Work independently, motivated and should possess excellent self-drive for organization excellence
• Excellent communication – Writing, Speaking and listening
• Should possess Interpersonal Skills - should work with team of people, share information & knowledge, cooperate with other team members
