Architect (Customer Facing)
At least 8 years experience as a Salesforce BA or Consultant previously
Very strong English communication skills both written and spoken with experience in executive level communication with customers
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce product suite across Sales, Service and Communities
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform capabilities including security, data modeling, process automation, integration, identity, data migration and UI/UX
At least 4 Salesforce certifications including Administrator, consultant track and architect track certifications. Ideally the candidate should be a certified Application Architect or be on the roadmap to become one
Proven ability to drive large scale Salesforce programs and conduct activities such as scoping workshops, requirement workshops and design workshops
Strong knowledge in the agile delivery methodology and in writing Epics and User Stories to a high standard
Ability to identify business goals and prioritize items which will maximize ROI
Ability to solution architect Salesforce apps which will meet and exceed client expectations and deliver value
Ability to design a Salesforce implementation roadmap for customers which takes in to account business priorities, technical dependencies, risks, issues, etc.
Ability to develop user adoption strategies
Extensive experience in business development and presales including writing proposals and delivering oral presentations to win business
